Annual Hosting Support
Simply put, we help solve any web hosting related issues for a year, so you can stay focused on your business. Think of it as your "web insurance policy" protection against misbehaving server technology.
If you have ever tried to contact the company that hosts your website about a problem then you understand why we offer this service. The web hosting company that we recommend is extremely reliable and serious problems (i.e. downtime) almost never happen. However, there are other occasional tasks that you may be confronted with, such as:
- scheduling automatic backups
- adjusting web server settings

- registering (or renewing) and pointing domain names

- $395 per year for up to 5 incidents
- $595 per year for up to 10 incidents
- $795 per year for up to 20 incidents

Pre-Paid Consulting Hours
A busy website is not unlike any other business—sometimes it needs maintenance. You can reduce this expense and ensure that help will be there when the need arises by purchasing blocks of time, in advance.
You can use time against a pre-paid block of hours for work such as helping you with images, content formatting, additional training, and any other consulting type of work. Time will be used at 1/4 hour increments. Unused portions of pre-paid time expire one year from the date of purchase.
Pricing:
- $390 for a 3-hour package, which is $130 per hour
- $720 for a 6-hour package, which is $120 per hour
- $140 per hour when work is done on a per hour basis
