I sat in front of a computer for the first time in September 1989. I typed "What's your name?" and got an answer, but it wasn't what I expected: "SYNTAX ERROR". Nearly 20 years later, I know how to get pretty much any answer from a computer that I want.
My knowledge, accumulated through plenty of educational and professional experience, is yours to apply in your business. I love to be challenged and to come up with creative solutions that are optimal for my clients. I've worked for small-office home-office professionals, small businesses and large corporations. I've made websites for citizens' groups and not-for-profit organizations, too. For more professional information please visit my

I received my B.S. in Computer Science from Elmhurst College and my M.S. in Computer Science from DePaul University. I then moved from Chicago to Toronto where I currently reside with my partner of eight years and the sweetest, most lovable dog on this Earth, Tyrus. Outside of my professional work I really love cooking, hiking and biking close to Nature, and gardening. I'm also very much into reading esoteric books on little-known subjects, and listening to loud, exuberant and virtuosic classical piano music.
As of January 2008 I also teach a continuing education course, Creating a Web Site for Small Business, which I developed for the Small Business Certificate program at George Brown College in Toronto.
