General terms for the guarantee:

• We will refund 100% of our fees charged towards a Web Presence project.
• A refund must be requested within 30 days of your last invoice.
• Any expenses incurred during development, such as purchasing software, will not be refunded.
• The guarantee applies only to Web Presence work, and not Search Engine and Web Usability Optimization.
• Upon refund, we will collect back any products that have resulted from our efforts. We will also turn off any web sites developed as part of that Web Presence project.
