Kenneth A. Bleyer, J.D., Ph.D.
 Ken Bleyer is the founder of Civic Practice Group, a strategic communications firm that helps individuals and organizations get noticed and be heard on the Internet. Utilizing the Digital Outreach® method that he originated, Dr. Bleyer has assisted clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to solo practitioners develop web content that is concise, focused and on-message. Dr. Bleyer has been a licensed attorney since 1988 and he earned his Ph.D. in policy analysis from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2004. Eric C. Bingen
Since 1995, Eric Bingen has helped companies grow revenues, acquire customers, and build brands via the Web. Mr. Bingen co-founded interactive agency bluefusion, inc., working with clients ranging from pioneering startups to SBC Communications and other Fortune 500 companies. Subsequently, Mr. Bingen increased e-commerce revenues over 50% in 15 months at Fellowes. Inc., and grew its in-house email marketing database from 114,000 to 425,000. From early 2004 through mid-2007, Mr. Bingen directed the Web channel for Bally Total Fitness. Currently Director of Web Strategy for a services organization in the financial industry, Mr. Bingen is on BrowseWorks’ Board of Advisors, where he provides guidance on its business model and related matters. Mr. Bingen is a member of the Usability Professionals Association.
